PROGRAMS AND APPROACHES  
Slingerland instruction is simultaneous, multi-sensory, structured language approach for the teaching of oral and written language skills. Areas that are addressed are handwriting, dictation of words and sentences, specific teaching of more difficult words and phrases, and oral reading with a focus on fluency and comprehension.
